Efter tre år (1976-79) med Lamco i Buchanan, Liberia var det dags att åka hem. Normala människor tar flyget. Men inte vi. Vi beslutade oss för att åka hem via Sahara i en gammal sliten Volksvagenbuss. Det blev till många mil och mycket sand. Detta är Görans gamla fotoalbum från resan. Det har stått i bokhyllan i 25 år sedan någon senast tittade i det. Nu finns albumet här för den som till äventyrs är intresserad. Notera att texten är skriven med en gammal Facit reseskrivmaskin. Ingen dator på den tiden.
After three years (1976-79) with Lamco in Buchanan, Liberia it was time to go home. Normal people fly home. But not us. We decided to travel home via Sahara in an old beat-up Volkswagen bus. It added up to a lot of miles and a lot of sand. This is Göran's old photo album from the trip. It has been gathering dust in the book shelf for the last 25 years without anyone looking in it. The album is now here for those who by chance are interested. Note that the Swedish text was typed with an old Facit travel typewriter. It was before the era of computers.
